Pros

benefits are not too bad raise at the end of year paid more than minimum wage family type of environment

Cons

if you cant sell plus they wanna fire you. no matter how amazing your customer service is. cashiers often have to do everyone else job in the club including their own. and when we need extra help we don't get any. they will hire from outside of the club before moving you up.
