Pros

Being connected to Walmart, the company has a ton of opportunities. Additionally, it provides the resources required for innovative ideas.

Cons

Being so big, change does not happen quick. The company will move quick only when challenged. Otherwise, it is status quo.

Pros

There is profit sharing, so it is nice to get extra money if the store does well. Most of the hourly employees are nice and fun to work with.

Cons

There are unrealistic expectations of what can get done. Many departments are understaffed, making it hard to get work done, since you end up doing other peoples' jobs, while still doing your own. Under-staffing also causes items to not be stocked.
