Pros

Not many. You get a free membership card and stock options but that's about it.

Cons

Bad management, intentionally understaffed, limited benefits, poor treatment of the cashiers, and the list goes on. They will have you try to sell Plus memberships as a cashiers and that is about the only thing that is valued... not manners, good service or good work ethic, but just that quota.

Pros

Sometimes would get free lunch.

Cons

Generally just a bad place to work. Management were for the most part rude and condescending. They would play favorites and make the atmosphere unpleasant for those who weren't on their "friends list"
