Pros

Ability to move up, great culture, challenging yet realistic goals

Cons

Workload is not shared correctly, higher expectations to certain levels of management, leadership at market level is out of touch with club operations, expected to run a facility with little to no payroll

Pros

Relatively stable work schedule. Friendly coworkers. Free membership. Clean work environment (...for the most part.) Ability to change your position if a certain job doesn't click with you.

Cons

Unrealistic sales expectations from employees. Attempting to make up for lack of advertisement by using pushy sales tactics. Lack of understanding in the concepts of a "slow day", a "different market" and "socio-economic differences." No benefits.
