If they hire you for membership coordinators to do an opening, they will hire too many people and have to many managers running it. They tell you it's temporary or if there is a position in the store after they will move you to it but always dropping hints that you might stay in your current position if you keep doing what you have to do to get sales.
To get you motivated they will put you against each other to keep your pay check. They know how much you love your family and have bills to pay. IT is really sad. People do turn on each other and through each other under the bus and the whole time top management it wondering why things aren't running smoothly and why people aren't getting along. But really they don't care about it to much because it's all about the money.
The top sales people are the ones who will lie cheat and steal to get to there and as long as they are good at not getting caught the company will honor and praise them. They were calling the top sales person at the store I was at "A Beast."
When you start working there you take many computer training courses that teach basic principals that Mr. Walton taught, his pictures are every where however these things are no longer being practiced and it's all about the money. They will push you hard to sign up for the 100 dollar membership not really caring if it benefits you or not. They will hold you at the register with people waiting in line until you say yes, at times. Just say NO! If the shoe doesn't fit don't wear it!
