Pros

You have the opportunity to excel. You set your goals and they are obtainable, but you have to be willing to go after them.

Cons

The company seems to be not willing to listen to good ideas, unless the come from the corporate office. There are a lot of talented people that work with in the company.

Pros

Stable pay, Sam's Club tends to promote from within and gives employees plenty of opportunities to move up in the company. Sam's club is also very willing to transfer you from one location to the next. Good communication with company given email

Cons

High Manager turnover. Managers are either micromanaging certain side projects or hardly involved at all. Product distribution and inventory is sloppy. When launching or relaunching new product we'd either have no marketing materials to help advertise in store or we'd have very little stock.
