      Pros

      Working with other associates, there is one manager that rocks. I like the feeling of satisfaction when a member's expectations are exceeded, I like the fact that on certain holidays, Sam's Club is closed.

      Cons

      Management, pay, too lenient when it comes to some returns. Not everyone is on the same page, communication is poor.
