Pros

Good relations with members and other associates Products are readily available and ordered on time. Member's request is answered right away. Other Managers help in different areas.

Cons

Shorten hours based on sales only and low pay raises annually. Rarely see Store Manager up front helping. Most Managers hide in office and need to be contacted two or three times in order to get them to assist. Membership service suffers greatly by lack of support.
