Pros

There is potential if you have no education to make 40k+ but it is hard to do.

Cons

They work a lot on career advancement and scheduling promises. You contract for 50 hours and some managers work less, however there are 1-3 picking up the slack and working 60+. Ethical compliance is swept under the rug and the term "accountability" is used as a general threat that can mean you will be yelled at or fired, but you never know which it is. Stay away unless you have no other options. College graduates hold out for another company. This or Wal Mart on your résumé closes doors.
