Pros

Pay is great for the job! Its solid if u dont have bills or a family

Cons

Not enough hours a cashier job is more like a sales job and I was a lateral transfer from Walmart and i didn't recieve an orientation and had higher standards from the staff than the rest of the crew upfront, most of the cashiers there were new! Overall not happy when it came to have a solid job "Sam's Club" and a 2nd part time job like most other Americans ages 47% of adults.

Pros

1) They pay above minimum wage to start. 2) Profit sharing 3) Co. Workers are easy to get along with 4) Contests were a constant theme to help sales.

Cons

1) I had to wait a year to get benefits and not all benefits were available then. 2) Part time workers routinely get 4hour shifts. 3) Half of the C.O.S staff was very young and immature.
