Very family friendly company are willing to go out of their way to help you and your family in times of need or even challenging moments..

Cons

small community everyone knows everyone's business it can be good or bad depending on whether or not associates will allow the rumor mill to run,

Pros

Better hours than a grocery store Higher pay than average Opportunity for advancement if work hard and that's what you want.

Cons

The Higher up are out of touch with what really happening at store level. Some mangers that don't care about their employees. Favoritism by mangers based on skin color and HR Regional mangers that does nothing about all the complaints.

- Meeting new people - Significant cash handling experience

Cons

- Expected too much from cashiers without training them - No official training for new cashiers - Its more of a sales job than cashiering - Not enough hours - Unprofessional COS's and upper management and so on...
