Pros

You can get time off when you need it, some CO's are very friendly and I get along with most of them and most management likes me.

Cons

Work your butt off and at the end of the night they hardly say thanks or just say are you done and thats it. I feel negativity alot in my club as employees are not happy and one week you are a great worker and the next a slacker, being as if you are sick or tired that day or a few days they will say you are slow today man whats wrong or something along that lines. Job is to day to day and not overall what you have done.

Pros

Pay is very good, especially if you have some experience. Pretty substantial financial perks. The store where I worked was very understanding of some personal issues I was having at the time. I was able to get time off pretty much anytime I requested it.

Cons

Very difficult to get promoted unless you know the right people/are one of the favorites Health benefits are quite pricey
