Pros

Good pay rate in the market. Good profit sharing program (at that time)

Cons

The management members are very mean. Thery do not offer good customer service.

lots of hours little personal time

Pros

they do provide annual raises where some companies freeze raises and some stores still get bonuses if they perform well

Cons

plenty of hours worked, limited personal, family time except when you get vacation time, payroll stricken don't see the big picture when it comes to retention

Sams has alot of diversity and has a great environment. the best asset sams has is the employees interaction within each other
