Pros

Was very flexible especially with students. Coworkers were nice, friendly and there was always teamwork. Great starter job!

Cons

Change in flexibility, favoritism, lack of investigating situations promptly (no supporting both parties. Lack of encouragement from managers to staff.

Pros

Pay is great and so are benefits for a part time work or fulltime.

Cons

Management at my particular store doesnt schedule appropriate and used to take it out on me when I had to skip because they'd schedule me during my college classes, even though I gave them my schedule months in advance.

Pros

When everyone is doing their job properly everything is okay, not great, but okay. A lot of customers are nice and appreciate our hard work and are more vocal about it than management who are supposed to support the employees. We appreciate you if you're one of these people! Great coworkers.

Cons

People aren't staying to work. often understaffed. advancement opportunities are distributed by where management WANTS you ,not by your work experience or personal ambitions. leaving incompetent individuals in leadership positions. Bonuses are quarterly and is distributed based on customer surveys ... if sombody is having a bad day and is asked to rate us... there goes a negative rating! There is always something new everyday to go along with the list of jobs that you have for the small pay amount. not fair. lots of positions that were have been slashed and distributed to existing associates STRESSFUL! and unfair. The store isn't how it's supposed to be unless corporate company visits and then even more is expected from associates alongside the 1000 other duties we have in the club.
