Pros

They give incentive pay for previous experience.

Cons

They hire new members in at higher wages than the last hired member. The management slacks hard and tells you so many lies to get you to do things they want. There was a lot of issues between employees that led to an immense decrease in department efficiency as well as overall team morale.

Pros

Good pay. Long hours. Laid back dress attire

Cons

Management sucks. Once you’re hired, you don’t get proper training. You’re pushed out there to try to learn on your own. Workplace isn’t welcoming. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Worst experience.
