Pros

The company offers an ok compensation like 100K a year for me as a fresh graduate. It is enough for living in AR. In addition, we buy certain things in Walmart with a 10% discount. The company offers good fitness center. And the city is not crowed like Bay Area. Work is not too difficult for me as a fresh graduate. They also match 100% up to 6% of the base salary.

Cons

Office work hour is: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, but not that strict for our team. RSU is only 56 units per year. Technology we are using is React for front end, which is too challenging for me. Cultural diversity is not that good. There are no free coffee or snack and the lunches are expensive compared with other companies.
