Pros

Job as a stocker was very easy, the other good thing is that the cafe can save you if you forget to make lunch.

Cons

Supervisor was not very flexible when asked to drop hours in order to focus on a graduate school application. Asked for two days off in two separate week, multiple weeks in advance and still got denied. They are not very flexible when it comes to your time outside of the job.
