Pros

chill environment, work peacefully without being micromanaged. you can easily move to different departments if needed. they are very open to work with your schedule if you're in school, or have internships which is awesome. i love how they are willing to work with you with anything. just communicate it. they are 100% aware that most people who work here are going to leave envently so they dont really press you abt much. just do your work, and you're good.

Cons

pay could be better, jobs like these are always understaffed so of course the pressure would be on you in those moments. but its like im barely getting paid a living wage im not doing all that. managers who barely do their job would expect those getting the smallest wage to be the backbone of the store. why so much power in my hands when im getting paid so little? sometimes they avoid accountability and would often whine about their yearly "bonus". likes its your fault.

Pros

Better pay than most jobs of the same caliber. Work is usually straightforward, just be willing to put in a good effort. You get a free Plus membership just for being an employee which is a nice perk, as well as the ability to accrue PTO and PPTO even as a part time employee.

Cons

High employee turnover rate and a lack of training or help from managers. The degree of how bad really depends on the club you’re in, but don’t expect your managers or shift leads to go to bat for you.
