Pros

It might be a good place for beginner software engineers, sale managers and other professions. Since it is located in Bentonville, AR it is very cheap to live.

Cons

1. Very extremely disorganized management. Lots of managers and team leaders do not know what they are actually doing. 2. Poor collaboration between engineers and managers. They may change their minds in the last minute. When you ask something from any engineers or managers, they delegate you to another manager who delegates to another..sequence you will be delegated to 20 people until you find the solution by yourself. 3. The top management, I mean, those who really cares about the company, its growth and prosperity, do not know what is really happening behind scene. Who is being hired and fired for no reason. There is not an evaluation system for who is really benefitting the company, or who is just wasting company resources. 4. Specially, if you are contractors I would not recommend any Walmart Inc offices. Because they may cut you and fire you in one day without any further notice. Specially, you have family with you, it might give you hard time and make you struggle. 5. Pay rate is really low for Software engineers compared to other companies.

Pros

Very nice crew to work with

Cons

I was hired being told that I could be full time in just a couple of weeks if I was on time every day and if I showed eagerness. When I started I learned that the only way to get hours was to give every cashier my phone number and cover shifts they didn’t want only to have managers get mad when you did and that there were several people who had been working there for years waiting to be full time.
