Not Worth It

Pros

Great coworkers, (2) 15 minute break on the clock and a 30 minute lunch off the clock depending on length of shift, great pay for easy work

Cons

Management was horrible and they do not honor medical notes. They will call you and tell you that if you don’t come in you’re fired regardless if you have a doctors note. I had to keep correcting management when they scheduled me during school hours. Also, the store closes at 8:30 and the latest we go out of ther was 1AM; that’s a 4.5 hour close. All in all, not worth it if you ever need off for anything. Policies are horrible.

Company going downhill fast

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Personal Paid time Benifits Insurance

Cons

Executives try to change the world then jump ship quickly. Long hours 10-12 per day. Must always keep company phone on. Must be available 24/7 Company focus is not on members and sales any longer Too many things to focus on Regionals/Market managers lead by fear with no real direction. Company is chaos. No work life balance.
