Pros

its a job I mean without any schooling past high school its a good living as long as you work smart and don't treat it like "just to get by job" you could actually do something good there

Cons

I feel as in there are not many cons that I personally can think of I have only been employed by them for 5 months now so I do not really have a say in it

Pros

Great community feel Empowering Flexibility in career path Ability to grow personally within company through company sponsored programs Benefits

Cons

The only draw back is the uncertainty of company restructures. You need to ensure your networking is solid and be open minded for change as the retail environment is undergoing a dramatic shift.

Pros

Fun job to do, great opportunity to build people and communication skills, great experience gained, equal opportunity and treatment.

Cons

One of the only businesses that still requires natural colored hair, poor communication with employees, lots of pressure to sell a lot of credit cards and membership upgrades (just a little too much pressure), doesn't accommodate very many health restrictions or injuries, doesn't tell employees if a leave of absence is job protected until the leave is almost over and doesn't let them know if they still have a job until the leave ends (makes it difficult to find another job in adequate time), managers don't seem to communicate important information to each other very much.
