Beware the Plus Membership

Pros

Fair pay and some interesting people to work with. I value the skills I learned and the experience I gained. Everyone should work retail at least once to understand.

Cons

Terrible when it came to scheduling especially for a high school student who participated in extra curricular activities. The push for the plus membership upgrade was incredibly overdone and the pressure that comes from it that is put on the employees and the members alike is simply not okay.
