Pros

Can always take up hours Higher pay then wal-mart

Cons

No discount No Sunday or Saturday off (Even for church, unless you want your full time taken away) No moving up unless you break the rules for a manager or become friends outside of work If your not full time will work you 39 hours for five weeks then cut you down to 15 so they don't get in trouble with the boss. Cant fight a coaching even if it's not true

Pros

If you want to excel it's very easy. There is so much dead weight (managers included) that anyone with a pulse can do better than average.

Cons

Managers don't work, aren't held accountable and are seldom fired. They literally do nothing to justify their wages.
