Pros

Friendly co-workers who understand when you have an issue that needs resolved. Easy-going customers and familiar faces.

Cons

Every person in management is basically related to each other. Couples as supervisors and their best friends as managers. Don't expect to advance any time soon. You will have to pick up the slack of management on a daily basis, but this happens at most companies so nothing out of the ordinary. Low starting pay that you cannot live off of. Nearly impossible to get a full-time position.

Pros

It's a job, you meet a lot of nice members and some nice co workers

Cons

You trust no one in management , to much favoritism if your not on the mangers list of butt kisser , you get know where. The management is never happy you never do good enough. They hire to many part time people so they give know one full time.
