Pros

Strong mission-oriented organization and culture with a great purpose. There are many incredible people who work here.

Cons

It is very hierarchical and top-down in its management approach. Even staff who have been there for years seem to be afforded little trust and say in strategic direction, which is held very tightly by a small group of leaders who seem to inherently distrust employees. This is evident in the way employees are treated and prevented from taking on real strategic responsibility.
