Pros
This company treats you with respect, honesty, and integrity. It's almost surreal the downright amazing culture they have created and sanctified. In the short amount of time I have been here, I have been given so many opportunities to grow and excel in my job. My management is nothing short of understanding and encouraging and I can have real life conversations without the fear of getting fired. They truly want you to be happy (in and outside of work) and will help you reach any goals you may have. The benefits are incredible as well! They have health insurance, fitness equipment, and gym membership reimbursement opportunities. The ESOP (employee stock ownership program), bonuses throughout the year, VTO & PTO are great as well! Depending on your department you have the chance to work from one 2 days a week (again, if applicable).
Cons
The pay is lower than expected, but that could also depend on your role. It's definitely not pay to shy away from, but lower than what I was thinking initially.
