Cons

Slow career advancement, difficulty filing leave, full of managers that do not know how to take accountability (always putting the blame on their subordinates + low emotional quotient), an office full of gossip, poor work-life balance. They have compressed schedule from Mon-Fri, but then they will forced you to work on weekends. I sometimes work 60+ hours week.
