Somewhat cutthroat culture permeates throughout the company where internal competition is encouraged by the executives. Much of your experience depends on being proactive and seeking out information, rather than provided to you in a systematic way.

- fringe benefits: technically has free food, technically has free coffee, technically is hybrid. In actuality, Samsung is closer to a legacy manufacturing company than a tech company in Silicon Valley.
