- Comp/benefits can be decent for the type of work - Opportunity for a title bump if you can get it going in (don't expect it while you're there)

Cons

- Depending on the team, culture can be horrible if you aren't Korean. Many folks just don't want to speak in English or work with non-Koreans. It often felt like being an expat...borderline discriminatory depending on how you view the world. - People spend more time reporting than doing actual meaningful work. Lots of unnecessarily duplication. Can feel like working in the '90s with the surprisingly low-tech working style. - Promotions seem arbitrary and biased towards Koreans in my work circle (but maybe not necessarily in other teams).
