Cons
1. No overtime, although your each working day will be a overtime (In Korea, employees get overtime but not in India, The sole reason behind this is that we Indians are considered boorish by these Koreans) 2. Strict office timings (on an average when all your work gets finished on time, you can expect 10 hours of office) 3. Team leaders are technically unsound. 4. HR policies are anti-engineers. 5. You will have to lick the ass of your manager if you want to be rated as good in your evaluation. 6. Quality of work is very very disappointing. Trust me, you spend just 1 year in this company and all your technical knowledge automatically becomes zero. All the time is devoted in fixing bugs. Just dont expect any development work here.
