      The way we treat people is top notch and I have never worked at a place like this. The experience is above all other jobs of this type, hands down.

      Pros

      - work from home - can usually choose schedule - very good training, if a little too long! - if you want to stay in one position your entire career, they are fine with that

      Cons

      - too much micromanaging, oversight, call center/robotic feel - low pay - not a lot of opportunities to advance within the company - Hard to incorporate all your talents in this position

      Left to work Independently, mostly at my own pace. Not in Production. Little to no stress. Can use own Ideas for better work methods.

      Cons

      Needs better understanding and open minded management, Uses micro management methods too often. Surprise Questioning during busy work times. Auto blaming for others mistakes at times.
