      Pros

      Good work environment, friendly staff, excellent benefits. The ability to commute and work from home permanently is a big advantage over other employers.

      Cons

      Need to be more flexible with employees, such as outside schedules with families or doctor visits. Salary is low for position.

      Pros

      Best working environment I have every worked in. Honesty and be nice are core values and it shows through in everyone. Its rare you can get up excited to go to work. Many opportunities to move up and or change job roles within the company.

      Cons

      Pay seems lower than the average. Sometimes it seems management doesnt listen to ideas from individuals. Preferential treatment given to family members even if other staff are more qualified for a position.
