      Friendly company, low-stress environment, cafeteria, gym, lots of SanMar experience within the organization; work at home capabilities

      Cons

      Not very engaging; the work tends to be fairly easy once you've mastered your role; with the company being so big, it can be difficult to find value in your own work.

      Pay, Benefits, Work/Personal life balance exists, Worked there for 12 years and cannot find another company that even comes close to what they offer their employees. This is the kind of company you can stay with a long time. If you work there now, be happy you are there and not trying to find another company that offers what they offer. Because they do not come close at all to meeting what Sanmar has to offer.
