Easy work. Training. Banker hours. Great clients. Good products to sell. Industry leader.

Cons

Low pay. no room for advancement. Most of the jobs are in the customer call center. Not a real Account Executive position-the title is misleading.

Relaxed atmosphere. Good employee discount. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Very little accountability for anyone in IT. Change is generally feared. General approach is very reactionary. Few, if any, processes in place. Mid-level management is disinterested in many cases and completely incompetent in other cases.

Pros

Laid back atmosphere with no real deadlines or punishments... if you're a slacker, this is the place for you.

Cons

Poor pay throughout the organization... the focus is on keeping the costs per worker low and just hiring new workers when the old ones get sick of it and quit (high turnover).. Management has no clue what's going on... they're totally detached and just talk about the usual stereotypical things all managers talk about. In general, there is no incentive to do anything, and no punishment for not doing anything.
