Stability, coworkers are so nice great workers!

Cons

Poor management, communication is the principal problem, supervision lack of professional ethics, and a new system that, far from being a solution, has become a problem overall in receiving department.

Micromanaged harassed to produce poor communication favoritism deceptive does not practice the mission statement or values in Management does not accept constructive feedback without some sort of reprisal open door policy is not really true. too many demands in all work functions. changes policies to fit a situation without notice.
