Pros

Good training program Good work hours Ability to work from home Good Product Highly regarded in the industry Benefits could better-Not penalized for taking sick or vacation time. Took away sick and vacation and went to PTO time.

Cons

Tight restraints-Little room for error Very Low pay-high turn over High expectations Low pay for the amount of time you put in training in the CCC Show little to no value in Customers The Lott family should do "Undercover Boss" to see what their customers "really do expect " and how they treat people in the CCC. CCC folks take customer abuse and not able to do anything about the abusive phone calls.

Pros

The people at SanMar are nice. The policy is to be nice. Most people follow the policy...most of the time.

Cons

There is complete and utter chaos in the IT department. There is a lack of communication between groups in IT and other groups in IT, as well as between IT and the rest of the company. There are power point presentations with lots of pictures and very little content. People need leadership and they expected it 9 months ago when management changed. Where are the changes and where are the pods?

Pros

Get experience in in entry level warehousing. Insurance is decent and they do offer a good personal time package.

Cons

Bad wages and poorly designed incentive program. Only ones that qualify for a bonus 99% of the time are the unethical employees who abuse the system, at least this was the case at the Cincinnati facility. I saw over 1500 temps trying to get hired on, only thing they got was the grunt work and no credit from management if they worked honestly. In return they would get fired for not making the quotas the unethical workers established.
