Pros

When I started, I had a basic understanding of the field. With the immersive learning at Sanabria, I grew to understand the law quickly, adapt to changes, and address complex cases, with the mentorship of my colleagues and superiors. They trusted me and allowed me to learn from my mistakes, which lead to constant improvement. The feedback is stern, but much needed if one wants to make it in the field. There is opportunity for moving up, and they value loyalty, which motivates the CEO to assign you with VIP cases. Management is constantly helping their designated departments with aid on caseloads and improvements on workflows.

Cons

There is a lot to do. You have to be able to task switch all the time. The firm is fast paced and high volume. Everyone works together on the cases. Multiple channels of communication.

Unbelievably toxic and detrimental environment

Pros

There is absolutely nothing I can sincerely say that was pleasant about any of this.

Cons

Initially, my experience with the firm was very lighthearted, but as time progressed, I realized it was quite the opposite. My entire experience has been hell on earth -- and that's the "nicest" version I can put it. The HR department is truly operated by people who: 1. Don't have even an ounce of compassion, empathy, or INTELLIGENCE as both individuals but also as "professionals" in the workplace. 2. The atmosphere is threatening. Your innocent and PRIVATE conversations with fellow colleagues are weaponized against you by HR, who shamelessly invade your privacy. There is absolutely no foundation of trust, communication, or transparency. To operate on a day-to-day basis feeling like you're walking on eggshells has deteriorated not only my own mental health but other colleagues who resonate with this feeling. I intentionally walked into this role, hoping to show up with my skillset and that it would be a contributing factor but my colleagues and I have received the absolute worst experience -- particularly with Ximena. I'm not quite aware of her experience or background in Human Resources, but she represents EVERYTHING that HR shouldn't be. She has been nothing but threatening, unprofessional, and clearly very unfit for the role she carries as she does not display ANY knowledge on how to manage a crucial role that she holds. For the sake of the firm, consider the repercussions of having someone who is clearly inexperienced holding such an important role.

Pros

Ever wondered what it feels like to play Russian Roulette with your law license? Apply today! Key Benefits: •Get surprise notifications that you’re counsel of record on cases you’ve never touched. Surprise is good for the soul, right? •Become personally responsible for filings you’ve never seen, never signed, and didn’t even know existed — but hey, your name’s on it, so enjoy explaining that to the bar! •Experience the privilege of cleaning up the legal disasters left behind by a revolving door of burned-out, fleeing attorneys. •Watch your caseload triple overnight as everyone around you resigns — but don’t worry, management promises “we’re hiring.” •Work in an environment where client welfare takes a backseat to billing quotas, and where ethics are more of a loose suggestion than a requirement.

Cons

Risk Profile: •Immediate exposure to bar complaints, client grievances, and ethical violations — all courtesy of cases you didn’t even know you had. •Perfect for anyone looking to involuntarily co-sign someone else’s legal malpractice. Warning: If you enjoy practicing law with integrity, value your license, or expect basic respect for your professional obligations — run. Don’t walk. Run.
