Pros

There are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

They undercut new employees in pay. Supervisors are not as intelligent as new workers and they fire people when subordinates become too advanced for supervisors. They lie about the duties of a position you are applying for then change them when you actually begin working. My personal experience with my supervisor was having her sit right next to me and listening to her on the phone, literally for hours, every single day while doing little or no work. Then harping on me for taking a short break after working four hours straight. Not very professional work environment.

Pros

Management is fair and in my opinion has an excellent direction for the company. Incredible culture for quality. High quality peers. Excellent downtown location. Incredible extracurricular programs. (They have a fully paid for hockey club and sailing club among dozens of others).

Cons

Work can be demanding of free time. There can be a lot of long weeks. However, you are compensated for the additional time (comp or straight time). Seems like a fair trade off in my opinion.

- professional and respectful working environment - variety of assignments - experienced staff who are a wealth of technical knowledge within the industry - resources are made available if you ask for them - mentor program, sports activities, and company outings - very good compensation and benefits - quiet office - great location

Cons

- unpredictable workloads based on client demands - infrequent reviews and performance feedback - out-dated and glitchy proprietary software applications
