Pros

Can't think of any except that it was a paycheck.

Cons

No consistency. Turnover in employees. Management will fire you if you breathe wrong. There's no freedom of speech. Management listens in on your conversations when you're on break.

Can't think of ANY moving forward.

Cons

Raises/Promotions seem to only be given by management to the employees that do personal favors outside of work. If you are terrible at your job but babysit your boss' dogs, then you will get a promotion

Pros

The only upside is as long as you work 8 hours a day you can work whenever you want and take as many breaks.

Cons

I was denied leave on my birthday weekend. Seems you are denied all summer PTO that YOU EARNED and are expected to take it in the winter months when it’s too cold to do anything anyways. Putting in my two weeks.
