Pros

Excellent benefits, competitive wages, great customer base There are a lot of employee appreciation-related events that show someone, somewhere cares (although, in customer service, you will NEVER participate)... if you work in a different department.

Cons

This is a call center job, though saying that is akin to using a curse word in the department. You are micro-managed in all regards, even if you prove yourself. You can exceed all expectations, and unless you're one of the elite "favorites", nothing you do will ever be good enough. Unless they need something from you. Also, make sure you don't get sick, have a family emergency, or have someone die, because you can pretty much forget about them working with you. Management will talk poorly and unprofessionally about you, their management, any co-workers, etc. to anyone who will listen. This place is an HR nightmare. Despite being well over-qualified, you will not get promoted. Also, the no cell phone rule is strictly enforced, so in the event that you have urgent personal matters to attend to... you're out of luck. If you are hard-working, honest, driven, career-minded, or kind, please listen to me - look elsewhere.

Pros

Good environment to work. Nice colleagues. People knows what their responsibilities are and willing to make the company better.

Cons

ERP system is not that good. They're using Microsoft GP instead of SAP. Working laptop is quite old.

Pros

Food Truck Fridays Jeans on Friday Everyone gets 3 weeks of PTO when they begin

Cons

This used to be a great company many years ago. The leadership is awful and only care about making money. The warehouses are a mess, the purchasing team is clueless, the HR team is run by someone that is a "yes" person and will not stand up for the people of the company and on top of that our CFO would prefer us to keep ourselves well so that the company does not have to pay for benefits (made that clear this week in our town hall meeting) NICE. I can say that many of us want out and are looking.
