Finances Up - Culture Down

Pros

Would be good for and entry level employees seeking to gain some experience then move on. Very few pros at this point - Sarnova used to be a good company to work for with a culture that appreciated it's employees but that has all changed.

Cons

The company culture has changed over time to the point that upper management is cold and doesn't care at all about the employee. The board of directors is trying to sell the company and all upper management wants to do at this point is to cut expenses so that they can cash in their stock options and retire. Finance is running the company by the balance sheet and the CFO would much rather cut expenses than increase sales. Working for Sarnova is death by a thousand cuts.

Pros

Great medical bennies (dental, vision, health, accident and death, disability, 401K and Roth 401 with a 5 morningstar ratibg), wellness allowance, good pay and supportive culture.

Cons

I am not a huge fan of the enterprise resource system, it's a little dated for the volume of work we do.
