Pros

Great health benefits and vacation time

Cons

This company runs on nepotism. The only employees that receive advancement are the family & friends of the management team. Spiff programs are never paid in full and the management team is known for punishing the employees that voluntarily resign by providing bad/untrue reviews. The sales quotas are so high you run yourself out of a job after 12 months.

Pros

Customer base, field sales team, and vendors are some of the best relationships I have built within the medical community. It is about the only reason I have stuck around this long.

Cons

- Leadership seems disconnected from the day to day business - Leadership constantly talking about improvements and new tools that are coming to help improve productivity. We have been hearing this nearly since I started here over almost 6 years ago. - Lack of development or ability to progress in your development - Clear favoritism to certain people within the department by leadership within the product teams - Issues with sales leadership that has caused others to leave or be pushed out within the organization. I guess some people can get away with HR violation and still keep their jobs. - New leaders who recently came in don't even have a healthcare background. Yes new perspectives can be good but they don't seem to be taking the time to truly learn the industry or dynamics.

There are no pros to working here

Cons

-hostile work environment -no room for growth or promotions -overworked/understaffed -full of drama(very much highschool behavior) -highly discouraged by management to move jobs within the company -turnover is 93% -outdated/slow equipment -no department to department communication -constant micromanagement without any actual direction/guidance -unprofessional upper management -little to no training -no peer to peer communication -no annual reviews -no employee check-ins from management -if you don’t have seniority you will be working major holiday(blocked out schedule - any requested are immediately denied) -very low compensation/salary -high insurance premiums -favoritism -no leadership -automatic write up for “unapproved” sick days (you must let them know DAYS in advance since you always know when you’ll be sick 🙄) -
