      Strong exposure to life sciences but focused on sales

      Pros

      Sartorius has given me strong exposure to life science customers, strategic account management, and consultative selling across a broad portfolio.

      Cons

      The role is still very commercially driven, with a strong focus on generating new opportunities, while I am now looking for a position more focused on solution selling, customer problem-solving, and working closer to technology/software.

      Cons

      Toxic management, greedy and unrealistic expectations, torture by lack of leadership and accountability constantly changing what they want and expect from employees rude behaviour and complete disregard for respect for staff. Dishonesty is integral to their success
