      The only pro for this job was taken away.

      Cons

      The company had remote options but different departments and the CEO decided they would rather micromanage employees than allow employees to enjoy flexibility with their work schedule. Apparently the CEO wants able bodies in the office even if it doesn’t increase employee morale or productivity. The company is going through restructuring which likely means layoffs and now they’re trying to eliminate remote options. Without remote options the company doesn’t have much to offer.
