Pros

To get a first experience is nice.

Cons

Can be unsafe/unfavourable conditions during the job. Overworked, not much skill development, busy work environment. Lack of communication that made it upsetting to work because of getting in trouble for things that were a managers fault. Everything else (management is not organised, not a lot of positive feedback and so many rules on litterally everything ). Bad management, low pay, you’re forced to do more than what you were hired for, management had favourites.
