Pros

-Remote (that's heavily changing) -Decent Pay

Cons

- Lots of turn over - Managers are horrendous (They take all the credit but none of the blame, EXTREMELY micro managers (at least mine, was forced to be on 8 hour conference call, all day with team.) - Company is heavily dictated by company politics - Toxic, rude, and dismissive work culture - There is an "Old Boys Club" of most of the directors and some hire level managers who have been with the company for a while who are gate keepers to most of progress and change within the company (IT specifically) - Horrible Holidays, PTO, Ect. - Company just went public but offers no stock options for employees - The company outsources every chance they get, always looking to save a dime or avoid accountability.
