Pros

You support a deserving non-profit agency in your community.

Cons

Upper management is relatively poor, especially in communication and a lot of the hires for the pricing positions are unfriendly and terrible at customer service, since they don't consider it their job to help the customers.

Pros

Most times felt like a "family" oriented place to work. The day to day operations were always full of challenges, no day was ever the same.

Cons

Often felt like there was a lot of miscommunication coming from the corporate office to the district manager. Sometimes felt that there was too many initiatives to implement and not enough time to complete.
