Subpar Benefits Analyst (Current Employee) - Remote - May 14, 2024 Indeed Featured review The most useful review selected by Indeed Our company's health benefits are unequivocally the worst I've encountered in my professional career. The reliance on high deductible plans (through Cigna), coupled with the absence of fertility benefits, creates a significant financial burden and neglects the well-being of employees. It's clear that urgent action is needed to address these deficiencies. As an employee, I'm at a crossroads. I love my job, however, unless substantial improvements are made to our health benefits, I will be forced to seek opportunities elsewhere. It's imperative that our company prioritizes the health and financial security of its employees to retain top talent and foster a supportive work environment.
