Pros

Work from home with flexible schedule

Cons

This company seems to be going downhill quickly. They had a lot of policy changes within the last year that a lot of employees were unhappy with. They do not abide by contracts, and as a cancer registrar, they underpay and will make you sign long contacts at low pay to save the company money. When approached about a breach of contact, they threatened termination instead of resolving the issue. They do not help with career advancement in order to save the company money. Senior management is very unprofessional and unorganized. HR had multiple complaints from various employees about one senior manager but continued to ignore the poor behavior. HR delayed a pay increase twice and owed months of backpay. Do NOT recommend this company for someone with ODS Certification.

Pros

Steady work all done remotely

Cons

Micromanaging from senior leaders. Low salary compared to other consulting companies in the field. Senior leadership doesn’t understand what we do and that we aren’t all in the same role. Expensive benefits. Constant changes to policy by HR
