The reliance on high deductible plans (through Cigna), coupled with the absence of fertility benefits, creates a significant financial burden and neglects the well-being of employees. It's clear that urgent action is needed to address these deficiencies. As an employee, I'm at a crossroads. I love my job, however, unless substantial improvements are made to our health benefits, I will be forced to seek opportunities elsewhere. It's imperative that our company prioritizes the health and financial security of its employees to retain top talent and foster a supportive work environment.
